MotorJam Racer – Delete Your Data

Effective October 25, 2026

When you sign in to Google Play Games in MotorJam Racer, our service keeps a record under your Play Games player ID: your online points, the results of your online races, and a copy of your game progress. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How to ask

In the game, open SETTINGS and note the PLAYER ID shown at the bottom.
Email noam.berman86@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my MotorJam Racer data" and your player ID.
We delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm.

A parent can ask on behalf of a child the same way.

What is deleted

The copy of your game progress (stars, coins, records, unlocked roads and bikes, purchases).
The results of your online races.
Your player ID, as we hold it.

What is kept, and for how long

To keep online races fair (so deleting can't be used to reset online points), we keep only your online points balance, filed under a one-way hash of your player ID that can't be turned back into the ID. It is kept for 2 years after the deletion, then deleted too.
Your game progress on your phone isn't affected; uninstalling the game deletes it.
Anything held by Google for your Play Games account is managed by Google: see your Google Account.
